I have been in love the snow gum since my first trip to the snow back 20 years ago. I am yet to take that shot that captures them for me.....but Ill keep trying

These were taken at the top at Charlottes pass, actually this tree is on the roundabout! The weather was rainy but the wind- those of you who go to the snow regularly will know how it can blow. On this occaision I had a hand held anemometer and it was gusting up to 125kmh. I didnt even get out of the car for these shots, taken from drivers seat.

Stunning pictures of an amazing tree. Love that "tortured" look.
Number 2 and 3 are my pick.
For me the yellow background in #1 is a little odd.

I know that tree. I have been past it many a time.
#2 then #1 for me.
#3 is a bit too "high gloss" for my taste. Yes I know it is just he rain slick but I still find it off putting.
