I quite like the first one - it is very tranquil and the overall blue caste tends to be OK for the scene.
The second shot seems to have been over PP’d IMO

Wow, I really like the 2nd one, funny how we all differ in what we prefer, I guess that what makes us all unique in our own special way!

Thanks Chris, in actual fact the 2nd one has not been touched except for a bit of contrast, it was quite a magnificent day in NZ and the blues were incredible against the snow.

(Having said all that, these were taken pre D70 with the excellent little F707 Sony which was, and still is I think, the best ever P&S camera made, IMHO!)
