I haven't had time to get out and use my camera lately so I have been going through some of 2nd level shots and doing a little PP work on them to see if I can make them into level one shots
Busy - taken on our last ferry hop
Reflections - rainy day in Sydney last year
Parkland - Hyde park last month
I'm interested in your thoughts on this style of edit, do they work or not and any suggestions you may have on alternate crops (#1 and#3 are not cropped)

I like the layers in the first, all the different patterns of windows, and buildings. Looks like you've dodged the sky but been a bit rough with it, there a bit of a halo like glow where the sky hits the buildings.
#2 is my favourite of the bunch, not so keen on the halos again on some of the legs, but I do lke the colour and overall treatment, and the thanks its from just above waist height, adds interest for me.
#3 The last one doesn't do much for me at all, trees, dappled light, but nothing grabs me.

2 for me....... but try a crop just below the girls skirt, as it then matches the reflection much better and becomes more interesting.......

Hi Keith,
#2 is interesting, esp the perspective and the colours after PP. My favourite is #1, though, great lines, shapes, tones and depth! Right up my alley...
Number 3 is nice but falls off a bit against the other two. It would have had more impact on its own, perhaps.
Cheers
Steffen.
