Further to the photos of my new toy yesterday, can I ask for feedback on this alternate PP on this image. I have tried go for a vintage/aged look. The methodology uses a slightly desaturated look, but the camera itself is basically black and grey.

I have posted the original/largely un-adjusted image as well:





I am currently in two minds as to whether I think the pp worked, but this could be based on the monochrome subject.

Oh it works for me... I think its a great image that been enhanced nicely through some very clever pp'ing...

The first one is the better.....love the tones used

Thanks for the feedback - I have found that the process doesn't work on all subjects.
