They are all very nice pictures, but my favourite is number one. You must have been very close to the action to get those images with a 50 mm. lens

You should be pleased with these shots, given the lighting conditions, you have done very well.

Nice mate, the 50mm wouldn't be used much for motorsports, but you've used it to perfection here. Uber sharp images, perfect shutter speed and great panning.

I think you need to play about a bit in PS though. The colours in 1 are just crying out to be pumped up. I've had a play (hope you don't mind) and by reducing the brightness a fair bit, pumping the contrast and saturation levels, you really get the golds/bronzes coming out. The blacks become better also, making the image pop. I can post it if you want. My laptop is calibrated, so the colours are pretty accurate.

Great shots though mate. Your images are coming along in leaps and bounds.

yes they are dope dope dope shots, but could do with some contrast and saturation pumping...

i love the first 86 shot (the gold and black look awesome, and that blown light in the background gives the car a kind of halo) and the white silvia,

Panda, heres what I've done to your images.

Just a reduction in brightness, and an increase in contrast (to get your whites whiters and blacks blacker) Then pumped up saturation.

Image

I was trying to get the gold light in the background and bronze on the car more saturated. You lose a bit of detail across the front of the vehicle, but nothing that really added to the picture. (IMHO).

Image

I was hoping to get the background darker in this, and the car whiter. I pumped the saturation to get the bright blue in the headlights to come out more.

If you don't like what I've done, let me know and I'll remove the links.

Cheers.

:D

Thanks Raskill for posting up your edited versions i'm very much liking the second edit really makes the white pop from the background. The second is a little dark but i do see where you are coming from it has definately gives the picture more depth and the colours do look alot better i might have a play around with the first one and see what i can come up with.
