Well Fozzie my daughter and I were treated to a very unique situation yesterday at Monarto Zoo. We were the only ones booked for the last tour of the day and the as the guide and bus driver have gotten to know us (yup we do spend far too much time at the zoo), they offered us a "negotiated tour". Well we said forget the rest, just take us to the big cats and let us play. They happily obliged and the bus driver was more than happy to position the bus for us to get the best possible action..This was as close as you can get to "natural" whilst still being in a zoo.
Here are some of the results..

Big V - what a day. You could not dream of anything better.

Speaking of spending too much time at Zoo's. I must own up, 'RDO' and that I spent 1/2 an hour at the Adelaide Zoo this afternoon to catch up with my girl's and no camera. Only one exhibited, and she was in the male's enclosure, and he was in their's. She tried very hard to engaged him, but he just walked away...whimp.
