Looking for pictures taken wide open with my 80-200, I found this one I'd forgotten about. Shooting through dirty plate glass doesn't help though!



200mm @ f2.8, with the 80-200/2.8.

Well the dirty glass didn't show up to the detriment of the image. I always loved how the 80-200 was so sharp wide open. It's a great lens.

Fantastic pose by the old chimp. Great timing to get it too.

What an uncanny resemblance to John Howard...old and tired! It is a sharp and very nice image though, despite the dirty glass.
