Some Latest Modeling Work - QLD SunriseFirst up cheers Wendell for winning the OMOTY Award, richly deserved as has been said, you always have time for a chat or advice and inspire me to further my skills
Here are some of my latest works.. Thanks for Looking Dan
I love the lighting used in one and three, the sun to the side and then the fill flash. Looks great.
With four, it sort of looks ungainly, but I keep coming back to it, it has just got "something". Maybe the liveness of the water combined with that look. Ouch. Waz
dan, another great series of pics.... however if im gunna be picky, i personally don't like number one, as I think the skin is overprocessed.
It just seems too fake to me, how do you do your skin softening? im really likeing 3 and 4 tho. awesome work as usual MattyO

IMHO #1 is the standout - posed in such a way as to make the lady glamorous and with such gorgeous lighting

Incorrectly there, yup went to hard, lost her belly button as well now i look harder - careless....lol Dan
you have demonstrated you can shoot technically right exposure post etc
i think to take this to the next level more attention to psoe will improve these before your models expressions were slightly off they looked scared i can see you;ve got rapport with this girl she looks relaxed and it shows int he fac ealthough it doesnt show in the body, most of the poses look a bit odd liek why woudl she be sitting on a rock like that and all shes beautiful and she has all the right elements, she lends herself to a more classic kind of look nothing too contrived so let her flow and live in the moment for exampel the last pose looks too un natural for her and the setting, it's also not as flattering as mayeb her just sitting comfortably on the rock normally lookig out dreamy past the ocean but i can see what you were trying to do, shes lookign at you flirting somewhat there some engagement there theres heaps of examples of a cleaner more compact natural swimwear pose around, Gavin o Neils work comes to mind just study the poses or let the model do her thing and direct slightly and youll get something better this stuff is all about understandign elements context and trust between you and model i can see fromt he pics she adores you so thats there just take it to the next level and refine keep it up Wendell Levi Teodoro

Thanks Wendell your observations are 100% correct about Erin scarey stuff (she means the world to me) that you can pick that i might add, shouldn't be surprised thats why you are the BEST! lol
Posing is what i really struggle with and i will look up the name you dropped and check out his work.....again thanks matey:)
Dan, You listen well grasshopper! How your imaging has changed. Colour is much more user and commercially acceptable. Skin tones are now colour correct. Back of the brain says yellow over magenta that is percentage wise which you now do.
Content has never bothered me, i like all kinds of stuff as it comes down to your own style, which you seem to own. keep on! jethro shoot it real.
look! and see. Shoot and feel
