Thought I'd share my alternate white on white entry. I only replaced this one with my final entry at the last minute. This shot was taken on Tutoko Glacier near Milford Sound (we landed there in a helicopter).

WOW- I just love the drama of this shot. Similar to your entry a monochromatic colour but a great tranistion from white to blue-ish to black. I prefer this as its less abstract. Must have been a special place to visit.

Wow lovely capture of the snowscape especially the texture in the snow...the boulders look enormous especially without a scale of reference

What a tough choice to make!
This image has so much drama and interest,
it is hard to look away.
Love those striations on the topmost boulder.

Peter,
that is a great photo, really love it. In far as the challenge, not sure. As a photo, I prefer this one. For white on white, I think I prefer your entry in the challenge.
Cheers,
André

Peter, this is a fantastic photo, however, as Chris & Andre mentioned, the other photo you entered is a better rendition of "White on White".
