I like them(esp #1), but the lighting seems a bit flat.

(and I'm not trying a double entendre!)

Of this set I prefer the last one, I really like your lighting and dig the cascading ringlet on the shoulder.

very nice Dan. i've got six of these kinda shoots lined up, and where do I get the time? :D

I like what you have done choosing the shade, saves you holding a difusion panel over her. gives nice soft even light. the flat light comment, is because the shade has made the light so even all over, that the contours and highlights are missing. but sometimes you cant have everything, and need to work with the light you have... you could have perhaps opened up, so the ambient light was very bright, and fill with an on camera flash, and have brighter light in the background, or her side, and fill fash, but lower exposure. but if you didnt have flash available, these shots are spot on! that's what's in my head, written in words, but I dont have much outdoor stuff to show what I mean.
