I really like the first one, the hightlights in the second from the flash I find a little distracting, how are you finding the Tammy ?

Great macro lens, very sharp :)

But those long macros are much harder to use than you would think.. I tend to be too lazy to use a tripod - it is REALLY hard to handhold when you are holding the flash off camera in one hand and trying to hold the D200/grip plus 180 macro in the other :)

the ladybug pic is great. think about cloning the hotspot out on her back. the flash is a little harsh or maybe the shutter is a tad too fast, try letting a bit more ambient light in.

i bought a little tripod for my flash, (just a tiny ryco $10 jobbie from ebay), i find it helps trying to juggle things around.
