Nice set of images. Really tells a story. It looks like an over weight bird munching on a drum stick! (well to me it does) I expression in the middle, classic.
Technically it does appear to be a little washed out, but maybe that is because the BG is very cold in colour.

thanks Bob ..... still fine tuning this body, every day is a learning curve, very different to the D2Xs, but lots of fun...... my usual subjects have left for less crowded places, as Narooma is just full of tourist's....... so shots are not every day......
