Brilliant! Leading lines, framing (no pun intended), conversion, texture, tone. Has it all!
Only one nitpick is if the window was opened just a bit further, then the frame wouldn't appear like it's hitting the head.

This is a fantastic image - I love the film look to it, and agree with Wayne's comment re opening the window further.

Theodoros, a another great image! Do you think it would improve by croping the top part (making it a panorama) just to remove that protruding object in the ceiling?
