What lens did you use for the 2nd? The focus is great. They are all great, but that one is nailed.

I used the same lens for all of them... mainly cause I only have the one lens for the Fuji at the moment... lol...

Terrific shots. I like the "pose" you've got from the gull in #1.

I really enjoy #3 here. The colour, particularly in the Sugar Cane (it is sugar cane right?), is awesome. I also like the juxtaposition of the crops and the polluting industrial smokestack framing the house. There are great horizontal lines that lead me around, but enough to look at to stop me wandering out of the image. A cracker with a story to tell.
#4 is awesome as well. I love skies like that. Liquid gold. Never tire of it!

All are great, I esp like the last 2 probably since I'm more of a landscape kind of person.
I'll be ordering the D300 with the 18-200 lens soon and it is great to see it's versatility.

Great shots Sue, I find I just don't tend to nail the sharpness as often as I want with the 18-200. But when everything falls in place it proves itself a good lens.
#3 is my pick, really like the feel of this shot.
