Well if you set out to scare the hell out of me its worked!

What an eerie image.. its good.. only niggle I have is maybe the light on her forehead is a little overdone maybe???..

Great concept, I'd suggest the blue light coming from camera left is a little hot, and as Sue said bring the face back a little to make it even more sinister and creepy, has a real Grudge / Ring type feel to it.

If you wanted to push the ghost theme even further, you could always flash then have the model duck down and expose some of the wall through her.
