taken in a light tent with 50mm 1.8 at f8...flash was shot at the ceiling.

The lighting is amazing. DId you use a black background or was that photoshopped in?

Love the colours and the black background. Works good to have the whole flower in focus.

I'm also interested in your setup. Did you just put the flower on the bottom of the tent or did you have something hold it?

thanks patrick and andre, the background was black and had some creases in it so i darkened it a little more....i stood the flower up in a bottle towards the top of the tent.

first time i've used the light tent.

Sorry to hijack the thread and it is a noob question but do you reckon you might be able to give a quick headliner on what a 'light tent' is and maybe a photo of them?

Its getting picky but probably need to clone out the 3-4 small blue dots at the bottom.
