Fungi

After a 'little' rain these came up in the garden. Hand held, 60mm f2.8 Micro, SB800 on camera.

Aren't they interesting... I wish that I had fungi like that growing in my garden... the first one is my pick.. its nice to see them up so close...now I am viewing these on my work monitor so I could be wrong but they look a tiny bit soft to me.. maybe a tripod would have helped a little.. :)

Great stuff with ON CAMERA flash... I didn't realise you could do this with macro

They are a bit soft and I should have used the tripod.............but I am too lazy.
