looking at some locals

The light was not good, but my results are fair. A brighter day would have been better, but I had the time so...... all shot using the Nikon 18-200mm

I really like the composition in the first one... it makes a nice change from all the other generic giraffe shots out there... the others are okay but I feel that the light has really let you down especially on the last one where the monkeys head is a little blown out.. (on my monitor that is)... :)

I think the light is actually in your favour - no harsh bright sky midday sun.
