Re: Got it? Now go away...Lol... how many times have I seen that exact look... *shivers*...
Great portrait btw.. very natural and lighting is lovely.. oh and isnt she gorgeous! The last thing I want to do is hurt you... but it's still on the list...
Re: Got it? Now go away...Very nice, clear and sharp. Looking forward to my kids becoming teenagers myself!

SURE you are cheers, juice
http://www.flickr.com/photos/mickeyjuice/ A bunch of Canon stuff (including Canon & Sigma lenses). Way more gear than talent.
Re: Got it? Now go away...Juice, I will have a more independent teenager any time. Any younger and they are just plain exhausting. Bella ran me ragged when she was younger and I am just the Uncle... not the full-time parent. I spent Friday and Saturday evenings with her for a couple of years when she was younger to give my sister a break. Sometimes I do not know how my sister coped and she has 3 now.
Bindii, yes she is beautiful even in school holiday mode. I think the "look" is created by her left eye which, as a result of this photo and others, ended in a trip to the eye doctor. A moment later she was laughing. This image is a much better example of flash use (than that other image) and more typical of what I do... or try to do. That extra light from the left was a bonus. Cheers
