Excellent shots! Good enough for advertising the toy. :)

#1 for me - as pointed out already, #2 has background issues.

Not a fan of the red windscreen, though.

Pretty much everytime I started to formulate a photo critique I digressed to commenting on how awesome-looking the car itself is!

I like the first shot as well - the background is interesting with the Olympic stadium's blue/white light-thingies... the second one is a great angle (the tilt works) and shot but is probably more let down by the background than anything!

as a general rule with automotive photography you really have to pay a lot of attention to what is behind the car, stuff like light poles, trees, bins, all that sort of stuff. they can detract from a pic quite easily. the second pic is a good example of the light pole problem, but even with the first image, if you had placed the car a little furthur to the left of screen it would have balanced nicely with the 2 towers in the background perhaps? things like that just add that little bit extra, at the end of the day we want people to be drooling over the car and not being distracted by the background.

another thing is that angled pics very rarely seem to work, you tend to lose a lot of what the image has to offer for some reason. the odd one does work out but, they are very few and far between.

as for the red windscreen, if i remember correctly, the interior of this car is all trimmed in red suede/alcantara, so the windscreen isnt' actually red, its actually the reflection of the red dashboard. this is more of a show car than a street car/track weapon.

nice pics though, it is a good location, i've seen quite a few good pics taken there in the past.
