The crop is so much better and the subjects beening in the bottom right corner is exactly right draws your eyes to them
gives the shot impact to me.

2nd one is a cracker David, it really is Australian bushland, and with the red contrast of horse and rider makes for an excellent image.

Excellent lighting. I like the flare in the last image, it adds to its dreamy look.

I thought the same thing about the crop in the first one, but I would probably go a little further and try cropping some of the left side as well, the sun seems a bit distracting. Lovely image though.

I agree getting rid of the sun would put the finishing touch on this.
