Gorgeous colours and well timed shots... the only niggle I have is that some of them could do with a slight straighten.. well its either that or the wickets are crooked...

2 and 3 are very nice. Worthy of print and a spot over the fire place

Oh noo, not the horizon police
- Good point though, the wickets aren't that crooked. Thanks for pointing that out, isn't it weird that I miseed that completely.

As has already been stated, excellent timing on the first one. The sort of shot the sports photogs dream about.
Why wasn't he wearing his helmet?

Excellent images! Specially 1st, 2nd, and 4th. the 3rd is looks like a bit of a pose and not an action shot - not that I could do better. The 1st one is priceless with that expression.

Thanks Zafra, that #3 is actually my favourite, and, its not a pose.

Thanks Dr. The ball was quite soft so no harm done. Laughs all around.
I am a sports photographer of sorts, so, yes, i really like this shot too.

I stand corrected! And yes it is a beautiful image the sort you want to frame, but what I meant is not as active as the others. The first photograph is my favorite because I see it as a fun image and instantly produces a reaction on the viewer as we all got hit in the face with a ball at one time or another. It is simply a matter of taste. By the way and while I have your attention, perhaps you may want to consider cloning the distracting white cords on the little fellow.

Batting like typical Kiwis...and to think, the long-white-clouders have just rolled the Poms.
Sharp and vibrant photos! Well done.

Good points indeed
