Rosehip jellyfish

These were taken with D300 and Sigma 150mm macro lens.
I thought this rosehip jellyfish was interesting.

Lol... and I was wondering why I had never heard of a rosehip jellyfish! :?

the second is my pic too.. you can almost smell these the detail is so good... I would have liked to have seen maybe a few extra mm's to the left hand side of the frame though... :)

Great images, both of them. They have lovely colours and sharpness. I guess the first one stands out because it is so unusual. I though they were tomatoes with legs! :oops:

Thanks for the comments.

The 2nd is not cropped, so unfortunately there's nothing on the left to add back in if you know what I mean. I could try a bit of cloning, but it would be challenging to construct the rose in lower left hand corner. I'll see what I can do with it though.

Tomatoes with legs. I didn't think of that. They just looked like some sort of jelly fish to me.
