A Pair of Kangaroos

Well, three to be precise.

Taken by the Swampy plains River in the Snowy Mountains at the Geehi Rest Area camping ground just before dusk as the light was fading. These are OOC JPEGs, haven't processed any RAW files yet. Love to know what you all think.

Love both images, especially #1, but maybe it could do with a touch of curves. Comment about ooc noted.

Thanks for that, I though they had potential! My PP skills are an early work in progress so I hope I can do them justice.

I like No 2 as a candid shot no1 is better,a natural pose

Beautiful :) Man, the D300 comes up with some great looking OOC pics! Can't wait to see you RAW these up..

No pressure or anything...

For those interested the colour control for these was a custom one, just Vivid knocked back to -1. For those familiar with the graph view of the colour controls in the camera, it sits one left and one down from the Vivid control. Seems to be pretty nice, I found Standard (is that what it's called? camera is at home) was flat and Vivid got a tad cartoonish at times.

1st pic is the shot for me......love it.
Maybe brighten up the other eye might bring out a more complete facial expression (or eye contact).

Yeah i'm a fan of the first one too. Who doesn't like to see a little joey! Nice job
