Shot today at a West Coast Eagles press conference I was covering. I'm a journo, not really a snapper, but that doesn't stop work from using my photos Pretty happy with it for ISO 1250.
West Coast Eagles chairman Mark Barnaba
Taken with a Canon EOS 40D @ 1250..
* Exposure: 0.01 sec (1/100) [+]
* Aperture: f/2.8 [+]
* Focal Length: 456 mm [+]
* ISO Speed: 1250 [+]
* Flash: Flash did not fire [+]
* Metering Mode: Pattern [+]

It's not super sharp, but shot with a 70-200 @ 200, handheld with no flash, I think it's worked pretty well. (Why no flash? I used it last time I shot him, so I had some in the can if these didn't work, so I was covered.)
