This 4-5 month old female cub copped a massive gash across it's muzzle during a feeding frenzy, and acted as if nothing happened . They are one tough predator!

Unlike her brother who had the "Do not disturb" sign out.

Nicely photographed. I love the soft yellow light. It makes the cats glow. I hope that wound got stitched up?

That first one is really really good. I love it. The look in it's eyes is fantastic. It's sulking :D

My partner Noeleen is fairly adamant she wants to travel to Africa somewhere between Sept 08 and Feb 09 to Kenya, Zimbabwee, Zambia, Tanzania, Sth Africa and Namibia but we are pretty concerned re the stability in these countries. She's going by hereself on an organised tour but I'm still fairly concerned - how did you find the conditions over there?

Marc - stellar shooting in the natural environment, and further enhanced by the colour, sharpness and composition. I want one of the cubs :)
