Took all of 20 minutes, including cleaning and filling the old fishtank.
Re: Golf balls make a splash.Love the second one. From my perspective, it could do with a little cropping on the left hand side.

Re: Golf balls make a splash. It's always nice to see some different shots, even if i don't particularly see myself going out and trying this. It just gives me good motivation to make sure I'm always trying to think a bit differently. Thanks for the inspiration to get of my behind!

Re: Golf balls make a splash.Great concept!!
number is a winner for me
Re: Golf balls make a splash. For the people who asked how I did the golf ball splash. Splash # and #2 where done using only the 2 yellow spotlights you see in this photo. I just dropped the ball and used a remote shutter switch to trigger the camera when I thought the time was right. I think the photos done this way worked out better than the ones below with the flashes. Splash #3 and #4 where done using the flashes that can be seen to the front left and right of the fish tank. No spotlights. The "studio" was dark, camera set to 5 second exposure, then I dropped the ball and triggered the flash when I thought the ball was hitting the water. Hope this helps.
