Wow....It really looks colourful, clear and sharp though I never love flies buzzing around me!!

surenj.. I've found with fly's, bee's, etc that they are quite docile in the early morning or early evening. It wasn't even bothered with me.

Hi,
Very nice shot, incredibly clear and sharp.
Is this a crop, or straight macro? I like doing these types of shots but cannot seem to pull them off with anything like this clarity.
If it's not getting off topic, could you share which camera and glass you shot this with? Would be very interested to know.

I try my best not to crop, however in this shot I cropped off about 25%. Shot with D80, Tamron 90mm, and off camera sb600 with homemade duffuser/snoot.
