Colour or B&W

Hello all,
Can't decide whether I should use colour or B&W for the image below. I think I'm inclined to keep the monochrome version. Would love to know your opinions.

Well I like the warm skin tones, but find the green trees in the BG distracting, so I'd go halfway and use selective colouring. Best of both worlds

I'm not sure the colour really adds anything to this image. Dont get me wrong it's a great shot but I tihnk the B&W is better

Have you thought about Sepia?

Thanks for your help, guys. I prefer the B&W also. I tried sepia - doesn't look as good.
