Great stuff. My fav is the 3rd for it's expression.

Number three is definitely tops. Great eye contact and a gorgeous smile all captured to perfection.

Another vote for #3. She looks grumpy in #1.

Very nice images. The second works best for me as I think the lighting and pose make the image look really sharp.

The first looks somewhat flat to me. It appears you are using the two light sources at camera right and left, directly in front of the model. I think it looks a little too hot and some texture would have been good. Just my opinion.
