Spent a couple of days away in the rainforest and last night had guests over for a bar-b on the front balcony.
(Six images in this post to tell the story adequately - mods. please let me know if this is a serious violation)
I cooked the T-Bone steak, Sausages, Atlantic Salmon and Onions while Mrs. G. prepared the salads

Ahhhh! Dinner is served after a hard day hiking in the Rainforest

Not when they're needed to properly tell the story; thanx for asking.

So, you were the steak, and she was the salmon? :)

These are great, I just love them. I didn't know possums liked snags. They could probably smell the wine, and wanted to party.

Brushtail possums love meat.. cooked chicken is a real favourite.. thats because they are known to steal chicks from nests for food... *nods*..
