Hi, I'm the new guy

What better way to introduce myself than what i shoot?

I er...shoot stuff. been doing it for 7 months, great way to stop going insane from study. I'm a RAW shooter.

I like your images btw.... the first holds my attention the most because of the eye contact that we have with the dancer.. :)

I shoot raw because i don't shoot enough to warrant shooting jpeg. And generally i find with jpeg i have to do a lot more stuff such as shoot greycard exposures to get my colours right later. That and i'm too unskilled to get things right first time, hence no jpeg. A lot of these photos were ISO 800-1000 so pushing a RAW 2 stops and then applying NR would have been better than pushing a jpeg.

Ummm... I was joking about the raw... I always shoot raw myself..

well except for when I use the Fuji S5pro cause I havent gotten around to loading the software for it into my new computer (cause the Fuji software really sux *sigh*)... :)

G'day Hamster and welcome to the forum. There's a huge amount of stuff/ideas/advice on this forum from which to gain in our photographic adventures. Enjoy yourself! BTW, you might want to place your approximate suburb/locality in your location details eg Sydney is a big place!
