Hi,
I'd certainly be pleased with the result !
Boat, or is it ship when they are that large ? looks crisp full length just wondering if you kept the same exposure and settings for all three shots ? I'm guessing perhaps not as th sky is considerale different left to right and there is a slight join above the funnels so would suggest a little PS to mask and darken the sky on the Left .
Would certainly work as a postcard. Are you luck enough to be trravelling on board?

Thanks DebT ... have redone the pano using 3 shots taken from a different view point. When I enlarged the original I posted I could see a line around the edges where I masked the sky to darken as you noticed. Haven't done much PP with this one. Still a noob at PS, the sky just seems a bit dull to me.

This would be classed as a cruise ship.. and no I am not travelling on board. Would love to take a cruise in the future though.

Cheers

Hi,
#2 is stiched together really well so you have nailed that part of the exercise with no changes in the sky across shots.
However I still prefer #1 as the angle of the ship is more appealing and even though the sky is a little graduated it has more depth. The PS enhancements will come with practice but not really necessary.
I'd recommend that next time you post changes you also leave the origional picture as it will give other's an opportunity to comment also.
Have fun
