Went to the Moonee Valley Festival today (27 Feb 05) to try PJ photography. Location: Queens Park in Moonee Ponds.

started photographing the public, but got too many parents asking if I worked for a newspaper, my response..i work freelance. but got tired of the questions, so concentrated on the performers instead.

any photos work as PJ worthy??

I expecially liked the last shot. A tight crop on the two kids would really bring them out.

I agree with the last shot being the best. The red and blue really shake this photo of the children out, from the background. But more importantly is the capture of the two children in conversation - great shot

mrchampio, i think cropping any closer would not illustrate the performance of the two actors, ie part of the cat in the hat.

sirhc55, this show had 'technical' difficulties, so the actors/actress where just waiting for the music to start. i was anticipating this moment.
