Shot for a CIT folio.

Im really starting to like product photography.

This was shot with a Medium format digital back on a digiflex II body with nikon 28-70. Shot inside a light tent with one flash head directly above the tent.

This would have so great if there was just a little more reflection of the beer in the chrome. However nice clean image ..

:agree:

I really like the overall sharpness and strong contrast here.

I think it would look better with a glass filled with the beer. Also the bottle needs to be positioned so the label is more centred.

unfortunatly the light tent i was using was TINY, it would only just fit both items in at 28mm so i couldnt really move much forward or backwards

The actual subject is the beer mug. Its for a folio on reflective objects so the beer bottle is really only there to add to the mug. I twisted the bottle slightly to get a bit more of a reflection in the mug.

maybe consider cloning out the black lens reflection in the mug?
