Love #1 and would like to hear how you achieved it in terms of PPing
simple with vibrant colours and atmosphere.

I also think the first one is fantastic.
One comment, my eye is drawn to the blurred left side of the pink and yellow balloons.
Great exposure and colour.

Other than trimming up the stings that were hanging out from the bottom of her hand the only PS work was to crop, increase the saturation and sharpen.

To get the shot I lay on my back on the ground, manually set the focus to the top of her head, adjusted the CPL filter, set f/14 and asked her to look up at the balloons. This was the first of about 5 shots before she lost interest. I think that the softness in the balloons on the left is a bit of motion blur as the balloons were bouncing around a bit in the wind .

Well done Steve, one first shot is a keeper. I'm going out to buy some balloons and rev up my daughters!

Great work Stevo. Ditto what everyone else has said - can't add anything except that it looks like you've got a future aeronaut in your sights!
