Please stop posting such marvellous images - I'm getting camera lust. In strong company #3 is the weakest here. I really like your treatment too - a very productive morning by the look of it.

Number one for me. nice refections in the foreground and great clouds in the distance.
These are the types of photos (along with the other landscapes that you have posted today) that I would love to be able to capture one day. Beautiful, thanks for sharing them.
Can I ask what lens you are using for these with the D3?

Thanks, just another reason for me to drool over this lens then.

It's a very close call between 1 & 2 for me! Both look awesome.
After a minute of viewing, I will go with #2.

I prefer number 1, but they are all excellent landscapes.

I cropped #2 and #3 a little at the bottom.
Surprisingly the 16" x 24" print of #1 had least impact.
Order of appeal in print is #2 then #3 then #1
Just shows print and web are two different beasts.
I will therefor be trying to refine my interperative skills.
I do appreciate all your feedback and this was an interesting experiment for me

I agree with Stubbsy Bob, your images have been fantastic of late. These are gorgeous. A small niggle, in the border of the last you have written "fron" instead of "from".

Getting up at 4.30 am then processing a bunch of pics for several hours can play havoc with one's spelling ability.
