quick drop by Symbio. i wanted to get the quirky nature of these guys in the photo as opposed to a typical bird shot. so i used the lighting or tried to get poses/ expressions that highlighed that. strobist info on flickr.

Real winners, especially the last 3, it is hard to pick a favourite

Oh I don't know about that... it is a THICK-knee after all *runs*..

and awesome shots Rooz... I can't believe the amount of detail that there is in these images.. I'm also very impressed with the colour that the D300 is giving too..
