Well executed product shot Thommo. Would not be out of place in a jewllery catalogue
If i were to make a suggestion perhaps straightening the composition might help the cufflinks just seem to lean over and the jusry is still out on the background you have chosen. I suppose it depends on the effect you were after?

Exposure, colours and clarity look excellent. Something about the composition doesn't feel right though, but not positive what it is..

Unlike ‘normal’ photography, product shots gain no benefit from not being centralised. Crop the left to match the right and you will have a perfect product shot.

Nice placement of the cuffs and the choice of background. But I think it may work better if you crop a bit of the left off.
