Hiya,

Here is the photo of PaulMac taken using his Grad blue filter and Wayne providing the off camera flash support. I have done a bit of PP, my PP skills are amateurish at best. I should have composed the pic better.

ewww. Geez I look happy!

The off-camera flash certainly provides an interesting light.

So far you've been outdone by Camrak's (really nice) picture of me, looking in frustration at the soft results I've gotten so far from my new 450D and 18-200 Sigma lens. One of them has to go back, as soon as I can find out which one to blame!

I like this photo of PaulMac. OK, the horizon is not straight, there's an island sticking into his head etc, but it's different. Well done I say, AND he's a Canon user.. :D

I like that you have also captured the young boy's friend Wilson floating in the background :D

Yeah first shot is cool with the blues blending in the BG. I also noticed Wilson and thought you placed it there :)

the setup for the shot was Wayne's idea. Turned out really well I think.

more so an experiment 'cos i wanted to see if the blue would should up on Paul's face if we lit it with a strobe.
