I like the first the best because you have plenty of water in the shot which gives scale and context and you also have the whole glider in the frame. My own preference to improve it a little, would be to straighten the horizon and take a bit off the right of the frame, so he's not so centred but moving into the frame. Also maybe a little off the bottom to try and put the horizon a third of the way up. Otherwise great stuff

A great series with wonderful light. The last one is the standout for me. In #2 I'd try either cropping out or straightening that sliver of horizon.

*thinks to self* Oh it is so hard to get it right when you are desperately trying to get the shot, thats what post processing is for I guess.
