Morning fog

there has been some magic light around the last few mornings a the fogs have started lifting, but I was unable to capture it due to work
So I got up early this morning to head out Northwest to see what would happen... there was a lot of thick fog that was taking it's sweet time to burn off
but due to operator error (forgot to check the battery levels before I left) my camera stopped working before the real good stuff happened :(

some of the last shots before it stopped, taken just north of Colo

All the shots were taken with the 70-200 between the gaps in the trees

All three are really nice I can't decide whcih I like best, maybe the last? Excellent work, the fog makes all the difference.

really like the first and second one, in particular the second as it has a very cinematic feel to it. half expecting king kong to start barging through the scene.

I am with PiroStitch. The third is good but I don't like it as much as the other two, perhaps is because there is too much counterlight in the foreground.

#3 has a beautiful counter point view and IMO is the best Just a question tho’, would this be fog or mist?
