Matt I really like this one. Here's why
- nice tonal range - muted, but not dull
- I like all the squares and the depth they give (window frame + painting)
- I think the intersection of the window frame and painting give extra depth as do the reflections on the glass
- Regardless of where my eye lands on the image, the blank left or the strong lines of the right eventually draw me to the man
- I like his stance - it really makes me wonder what he's waiting for or to whom he is talking
Hell I could write an art school essay on this image and analyse it to death when the reality may be that it's a quick snap you just liked
That of course makes it even MORE interesting.
