Eastern CreekCC welcome - my first efforts at motorsport photography. Mostly F3's, as well as a Lotus who just pushed a little too hard at T1...
Re: Eastern CreekI personally would prefer to see the image of the whole car, particularly in the first and second shot but very well done
Re: Eastern Creek 1st and 2nd shot of whole would of kicked ass

Re: Eastern CreekGood first effort! I called in briefly to EC late in the afternoon, pretty quiet though.
I like the first image, good panning there. I gather you either lopped off the back edge of the tail or the tip of the nose, and have cropped it? If you have cropped it, I would be tempted to tilt the angle slightly, and crop tighter, perhaps half way through, or even inside of the wheels. Number 2 doesnt do much for me, but good reflexes to get the shot, looks like he was a bit to close for your focal length. The bright reflections off the front of the car dont help either. Number 3 is good. If you have cropped it, I would be tempted to recrop and include the whole front wheel, maybe play with the bright/contrast also. Nice timing with 4, was that taken at the entry into turn 3? Look forward to seeing more images from you. 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc

Re: Eastern CreekLove shots 1 and 3. Looks like your panning is mastered as the result in picture number 1 and I feel the crop of picture number 3 is spot on as well. Congrats on a job well done.
