Alex, I like #1 however I think if you cropped the bottom quarter of the shot it would look better. The reclining pose looks a bit funny to me.

As for #2 to me there does not seem to be any focal point.

I agree with Barry. Crop it from the end of her hair removing the bottom part.

Thanks for the suggestion guys. I have tried it and it just didn't look right.
