Newbie first picture posting

Greetings all. I have been lurking in the background, watching and learning. I finally got up the nerve to show some of my pictures. Please be kind! - but helpfull too. I love photographing flowers:
I love wildlife too:
Macro is my real interest; this was one of my first pictures with the Nikon 18-200 VR - great lens!
Finally, one of nature's beauty spots:

I can see that your interest is definitely in nature as you seem to have an eye for capturing it beautifully.

Hey Eric, you have no need to feel any trepidation about contributing. Your posts are fabulous. You have great depth of field on the first 3 and that last shot is a real 'Hero' / 'Money' shot!!!
If you're taking photos like these, you obviously have the enthusiasm for photography, a great eye for composition, the intellect to understand your equipment and the ability to put them all together. Keep it up and keep posting.
