In the garage

Is my bike, and I took a 'candid' of it tonight and have done a bit of gentle PP. My trusty Honda VTR250 has become my primary means of transport to and from work and I have developed this weird bond with it I never thought possible! I've increased the contrast whilst using the 'aged photo' preset in LR1.4 as well as adding a little bit more red channel to it. I feel this process has given the bike even more personality.

'This is more of experimental shot, but comments welcomed:

Personally i think you have the wrong angle of the bike. I use to own a Spada and took a few photos of it. One thing i think about these bikes is that their front suspension is not all that sexy. I recommend getting it of the side from the rear. But besides that i like the colours and the garage scene. Nice work

The angle may not be the most appealing one but the tones are beautiful and suit perfectly to the atmosphere and the subject.

Actually, I quite like it maybe because it is an unusual angle, but above all is the subdue colours.

I think the angle is great and the colours are really nice. if planning a reshoot maybe turn the bars a bit to highlight/see out the vtr lettering on the tank and a bit more distinction at the rear/seat??
