I took this photo over three years ago during a visit to Nanjing (China). I got up early one morning I went for a walk and saw these people exercising. Watching the Olympics this week I remembered seeing trough the viewfinder this man with his sword moving gently and how he stood out from the rest; very much like this week's Olympic gold winners. I hope you like it.

In Australia if you take a sword to a public park you will be arrested at gunpoint, sprayed with capsicum and dragged off to the cells. Which country promotes freedom?

china. you only get run down by tanks there...so no cell time.
nice shot zaf. i like the "biggness" of the guy in the foreground. cant say i'm too big on the selective colour though.

Very nicely spotted. Selective colour works here.

Works for me. It's not a technique I think I will use (I prefer fauna and flora) but it certainly adds to the impact of the picture.

Go to the Philippines. You all have a freedom of everything.
