first attempt at panos
went out yesterday to try a few panos

Great panos, love the clouds
if you like to try, there is a free stitching software Hugin which may give you better control (but may add more complexities) link: http://sourceforge.net/projects/hugin/?abmode=1

Good tests. YOu have captured good detail in the contrast.
 They do seem a bit over-sharpened though.Steve.

thanks for the link, first try worked very well, it looks like a good program Killakoala thank for the heads up on the sharpening, must remember to turn off sharpen till the end of the process I had input sharpening in lightroom then moderate output sharpening for screen on the small jpegs I sent to photo shop then input sharpening when I brought the stitched pano back for final editing in lightroom and final output sharpening when I saved it for the web plus flickr has resized it and added to the problem anyone else with any comments ?
