Of course they are, Glen. The petals are, by their very nature, soft!
Geoff, yes, to my eyes as well. Also, I'd like to see perhaps a tighter crop, or maybe a portrait orientation for this, rather than the landscape.

Posted: Wed Aug 27, 2008 8:08 pmI'll be doing lots of stuff for floriade this year. Both for work and for my own stuff, so let me know if anyone wants to meet up. I went last year and it was pretty good, but this year there's lots more to do so it should be fun.

Maybe a light diffuser would help smooth the shadows out a little and reduce the harsh highlights. Just a little suggestion.
Pheonix, are you attending Floriade in an official capacity? I've been trying to get in contact with someone to find out whether they could use aerial panoramas but I can't find anyone to return my calls.
